Inspired by an eclectic mix of artists like Radiohead, Queens of the Stone Age, Takanaka, and the Dave Matthews Band, musician Hazen Rowe utilized his Chapel Hill High School digital music production class to create and release his first song, Come Home.The song's release & reception led Hazen to a Durham, NC studio in the spring of 2024 to record new music.What is the music like?The algos say it is Zoomer Gaze. The sound is definitely Indie Rock, tinged with Shoegaze, Grunge indebted, showered in Desert Rock, with a hint of Jam.Hazen composes, plays all instruments, and handles lead vocals on all original tracks released on his channels.Have a listen.

In April 2024 Hazen set out to record his first album. His goal was to 'get the album out of his head and into the world'.After four sessions at Overdub Lane in Durham, NC. in April & July 2024, and February 2025, and a good deal of mixing and mastering.
